Digestion Reset
In a tall glass, add:
One third or half of glass unfiltered, unsweetened cranberry juice
One teaspoon to one tablespoon Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar
One to two tablespoons liquid probiotics
Fill to brim with purified water
Stir briskly
Sip and savor
Variations:
Ice if desired
Pomegranate or blueberry juice
Local honey if it's too tart
Fresh squeezed lemon
