A: Hypnosis is a very natural process of entering a state of deep relaxation. This helps your subconscious mind become more attentive, receptive to suggestion, and open to change. During your session, you are aware, not asleep, and in touch with your core values and beliefs. It is easy to communicate and it is easy to come out of - you are always in control.
